Ingersoll Tractor 4016

I have an Ingersoll Tractor 4016. The travel control lever operates the tractor when you push the lever foreward or backward. Underneath the tractor is a lever that hooks up to the travel control "shaft". This lever falls out of place. I have put it back into place, but it falls right out. Does anybady know if there is a lock pin that holds this lever onto the travel control "shaft"? THANKS!!!!!
