have u seen the aluminum welding rod. I havent yet purchased any, but iv seen it at fairs and tractor shows. Its made to be used with a regular propane torch. The demonstration i saw showed it not to go inside a whole, but to cover it over. It looked to be a neat product. But ur radator probably aint aluminum, but they may have other products for other metals
