I took my conceal carry class here in MO. Part of the training covered where, by state law, you could not carry a concealed weapon, even if you had the permit, is in a church. A permit holder is allowed to carry a gun in church if they have the permission of the pastor or a board member.
Since I am on our church board, I guess I could give myself permission, however I cannot visualize having a weapon in church, it just doesn't seem right.
But these idiots go into churches, and schools cause they know they have a captive bunch of unarmed targets.
