Does anyone have a clue what a 8'wide by 28' long mobile jobsite office trailer is worth? It is pretty rought....Door is broke, 4" hole through the wall, Real rusty roof, Rough siding, tires would probobaly get it home....maybe...no steps, and the back overhead door is pretty well shot.....I said $500.00....the guy wants $1900.00 We are a ways apart obviously.... I figure it would take $800.00 materials and probobaly 40 hrs to make "nice". Am I looking at this wrong????
