John Yes it can be done. I did it to mine. You need the to replace the lower shaft with a longer one with the 1000 RPM splines on it. You also will need the cover with a hole and the appropriate seal and new gaskets. That shaft runs into the PTO clutch, which is accessible through the side cover. You�ll need to drain the hydraulic fluid of course. As I recall you have to drive a pin out of the shaft to remove it from the clutch. Not all that bad a process really. Tim
