Ok here is the steps to bleed one of these monsters. First like you have already done bleed teh filters using the hand pump located on the bottom of the lift pump. Then with the filters closed. Open the 2 bleed bolts at teh top outer side of teh injection pump. They are located on the side. They are into the fuel galley that supplies the fuel delivery plungers. They use a 1/2 wrench to loosen. Then pump the hand primer till clear fuel flows out. SHut bleeders. Then depress excess fuel button then crank. Engine should fire and run. Bob
