Had -21 last night in east central MN, but it's only supposed to get down to -15 tonight. 1 calf born last night, one about 2 this afternoon, 1 cow in labor right now, and 2 more that I'd be darned surprised if they don't have calves on the ground by morning. So far all have been born inside, but we are checking every 1 1/2 hours round the clock at this point. Will be darned glad to see the 30 degree weather we are supposed to be getting the middle of the week!
