WHY,WHY,WHY?

OK folks, most of the talk here is about the equipment we like. There are also heaps of stinkers that never should have seen the light of day, and some parts of otherwise good machines that shouldn't have happened.
I will start things be saying that changing the fan belt on an AC D17 is a cruel joke, and any automatic stooker must have been created by a committee of chimpanzees. Post all your goodies here.
