TRUE STORY (on my part)--A man that worked with me, told me he had just unexpedly bought a house. He said he was driving past this house with FSBO sign and deciced to stop and investigate. He said that after a lenghty negotiation he paid cash for the house, on the spot. Said he paid for it with $100 bills that he had folded in his wallet. Negotiated price was $240,000! He was serious!!
