Satoh 650

For those interested, I just replaced the alternator and voltage regulator for my 78-80 satoh 650 . The alternator is common to Ford Courier pick ups 71-80. A rebuild one cost me 52.00. The voltage regulator was 17.95 and solid state vice the old relay type. the regulator is common to late 70' Mitsubishi/Mazda and bolted back into the original area. A) Distributor Cap EP-710 Napa $ 12.49 B) Rotor Cap EP-711 Napa $ 6.49 C) Contact Set Points CS-360 Napa $ 5.49 D) Condenser EP-300 $ 4.69 E) Autolite Plugs #64 $ 4.36 F) Voltage Regulator Transpo IM952 $ 17.90 G) Rebuilt Alternator 12V 35Amp neg. #14194 $ 52.90 thanks .
