Yes the supply pump can leak fuel into the oil too. It does'nt have to be a seal bad for some injector pumps to put fuel in the oil. They can bypass fuel through the barrells and plungers, or barrell seals can leak internally. Some signs of oil being contaminated by fuel is a loss of oil pressure, more engine blowby than usual, oil on dip stick feels and looks too thin, and gaskets on engine weep residue instead of actually leaking.
