Can I live without live pto (Mistake)

I must admit that I may have been wrong about
the TO-20 and need for an over running clutch.
I was going based on my memory of bush hogging
years ago. It has occured to me that the
mower I was using may have had the clutch
built in!!! I have yet to check my current setup
but I'm pretty shure that an OVERRUNNING CLUTCH
IS REQUIRED FOR THE TO-20 when bushogging. My apologies to all for the misinformation.
