If a brake caliper seized, it would not under any circumstances cause the rubber line to fail. You would know if the caliper were seized on one side because it would pull really hard to the side with the working caliper. The only reason for denying coverage on the brake line is if you ran over something and it cut the hose. That is not Chrysler's fault. The only thing I have ever seen cause a caliper to seize is moisture. If the dust boot cracked or was improperly installed, water can get in and rust the caliper bore and stick the piston. Adding oil to the brake system will ruin all of the rubber parts too. Brake pads are wear items and would only be covered in the event another part caused damage like an axle seal leaking oil on them. You may be over on time for warranty. Based on the description you gave, I'd be taking my vehicle else where for service.
