Right side, at the bottom, to the rear. It's an inch, maybe a bit more, in diameter. The head is recessed, like the fill-plug on top, and on mine, I can use a 1/2" drive socket wrench (without a socket) to loosen it. The 'oil-level' plug is on the left side, maybe mid-high, toward the front, much smaller that the other two, and the square head of the plug extends, and takes a small crescent wrench. If it's like mine, I have to move the brake rod to get it out. Let us know what comes out. The first time I emptied mine after I bought it used, it looked like mocha-milk.
