I'd try one. But did you read down the page a ways;
Corp ask for land to build plant creating 100's, if not 1000's, of jobs. State takes land and lets Corp start construction. State decides pesants are not happy and demans more from Corp. Corp says no deal, packs bags, and leaves. Pesants ask for land back. State says no, its ours.
End the end,
Corp lost major investment $$. Pesants lost land. State keeps almost 1000 acreas of land and lays blame on Corp.
Sounds a lot like some of the states here. Invite a company in and hold a tax gun to their head. Then blames the company for causing the peoples whoa's when they close up and go somewhere else.
