1060's who made more than $2.00 per hour. That $2000.00 car was expensive. Those 60's and 70's cars rusted through in 3 yrs and had to be junked in 5-6 yrs. Today the vehicles run for 10yrs and 100,000 miles with just tires, brakes, oil & filter changes. And good for another 100,000 miles yet.
