I always try to keep some kind of mechanical project going.It helps occupy the mind which always tends to drift back to the problems of the day, year,etc.I stopped drinking alcohol over a year ago so the demons don't come anymore.If you know what I mean.That was a major improvement to solve my depression at times. I look at everyday as a new opportunity and try to keep a positive outlook.
