When I had a high stress job--I was responsible for testing submarine following new consruction--I would work on the farm. Particularly preparing and seeding the ground, it can be mindless. Just drive straight lines and keep an eye on the equipment. So I would suggest find something that is different then normal, that once started you cannot walk away from and from which you cannot be distracted and is easy. Then just do it.
