Did you bleed the air out of the fuel system after replacing the filter? You have to do that or it won't start. Start at the filter. There is usually a bleeder at the top of the filter. Open it up and then open the tank valve. When nothing but fuel come out, close bleeder screw. Then loosen the fuel lines at the injectors. ( I do this one at a time but other folks loosen them all at the same time. Your choice.)Make sure that you battery is well charged. Then crank until you see fuel at all the injectors leak out of the fitting. Tighten the fittings quickly, Then try a start.
