I'm up usualy also, but way to lazy to get out of bed.
I usualy rant all day on this board, then take my (court ordered) meds. My class voted me most likley to sit high on a tower naked above a play ground with a high powered rifle....so I feel I'm doing better than expected. Probation officer said I'm showing improvment also.
Here is a hint to make you sleep better. If you wake up, get up right away and start cleaning the house...seems to make me sleep or pretend to sleep anyway.
Crawl in bed with the wife and make a suggestion at 3 AM. Don't cover your head with any protective means. When you come too, you will have had a good nights rest, checking this board will serve no purpose as both eyes will still be swelled shut....(another form of sleeping also)
