lance, your best bet is to take that head to a machine shop and let them do it. it will at the very least need valves, seats cut, guides knurled, have them remove the intake from the head and get the studs out. then have them check the head for warpage and cracking. if you try and cut corners on the head, its gonna bite you real hard. may drop a valve and wipe out a piston or sleeve, or worse, toast the block.
