Yes, there are some people driving that should not be allowed to. I recently turned one in who was driving like a complete idiot. The cops grabbed him and wrote him for wreckless driving. I was asked to testify in court when he decided to fight the ticket. He lost. A big beef I have is you come up on someone running about 10 or 20 mph under the speed of traffic in the left lane on the freeway and won't get over into the right lane. Simply put, a rolling roadblock. I'll just bet these folks think they're the safest drivers out there. They may not have had any accidents, but I'll bet they have caused a few. If for nothing else, they're one of the biggest causes of gridlock.
