I BOUGHT A NEW LAWN TRACTOR (1405) IN THE SPRING & HAD A PROBLEM RIGHT FROM THE START. PART OF MY PROPERTY IS ON A HILL. WHEN I GO UP THE HILL & TURN AROUND THE TRACTOR WOULD CHOKE DOWN & A HUGE CLOULD OF BLUE SMOKE WOULD COME OUT OF THE EXHAUST.

I TOOK IT TO A DEALER WHO JUST CALLED ME AFTER HAVING IT FOR 3 1/2 WEEKS & SAID THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG & THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR TIME BECAUSE NO DEFECTIVE PARTS WERE REPLACED.

ANY SUGEESTIONS ON WHERE I GO FROM HERE?
