How many different standardized sizes of 3-point hitches were (are) there?

Often wondered, the 3-point hitches on the old Fords were not the only size (although they might have been the first). I've read about the Case Eagle hitch (was it a true 3-point?) and others. I guess some brands had hitches exclusive to their brand, didn't Allis have their own? Anyways, how many were there and how many different hook-up sizes do we have with us today?
