I agree with you completely. My father and I have a farm with about two dozen tractors that were all built before 1954. We have three Fergusons and they have proved to be indespensible. I can easily outwork my neighbors with them even though they have tractors that cost way too much $$$$$$$. I have used a overrunning pto clutch and I really like it. I can shift up or down or change directions with it without having to wait for the mower to slow down. Don't let people diss old tractors, and if they do just hit them with a pitchfork to try to knock some sense into them.
