Where are you at? I'm in far west peoria county and we are on ameren-cilco. Some of us out here have done some calling and complaining about the condition of the lines and trying to get things fixed that were obvioulsy in need of attention, loose wires, bad poles, insulators loose on poles, bad wires. They have been out and fixed these things. The squeaky wheel gets greased! We lost power the coldest night of this winter for 6 hours because they hadnt done needed maintenance and that really got my attention. I understand things break but they had been very poor about keeping things in shape. Good luck. bill
