The stray I adopted when I was 5 disapeered when I was about 15. She disapeered for about 2 1/2 weeks. Then one morning before school, one of our neighbors in town came beating on the back door at 6:30 AM and said she saw her across the street when she was on her morning walk. She made it another day, but was trying to get away the entire time. But no one in town saw her for those 2 1/2 weeks she was gone. Who knows where she went. Good luck.
