I have a four thousand year old wheelhorse rider lawn tractor. Well actually it's about 15 years old.
My problem is I keep chewing up the belt from the motor to the deck. Why ? And the PTO is always on. What size belt do I really need here ? And how do I run it around the PTO pully. I bought it about two weeks ago. And It seems the prior- had by passed the pto, ( for what reason ) I have no clue.The deck spins, and it cuts..... Mostly the belts I have put on... But it cut's. At 5.49 a belt. it only took 12.00 to cut my lawn. Not bad huh ?
