Did you end up putting a taperlock on? Has the head been cracked right there in front of the plug wire conduit? Have you run a compression test since the rebuild? I wonder how long it will take for the rings to seat properly to get the most compression. Did you really have the block sleeved? How much did it cost to do sleeves? Keep us posted on the progress, I would love to see a video of it when you get it all tightened up. My 70 is LP but I still love hearing the bark a 70 makes.
