It looks like a W Speed Control. Only problem is, it should have a styled hood, not an unstyled radiator and tin. The gas tank is right, but the rest doesn't match with the pictures I have. Built from 1940 to 1950. 3751 built. came with a 10 foot blade that could be removed and a sickle mower put in it's place. Specs for engine and tranny are the same as a WC.31 horse, 4 speeds 2.1 to 9 mph. I can't seem to find any serial number info. Try checking the same location as the WC, right in the middle of the rear differential housing. Could also look for an engine serial number. Value? No idea. Never seen or even heard of one. I'd guess restored quite a bit. Even unrestored it'd be worth more than a WC or WD in the same condition. I'd float the owner an offer and make that thing mine if I had the chance. Aaron
