I also heard drinking milk afterwards will help counter the toxic effect. I guess it is a carcinogen, and will make you sick as well. I've been able to avoid the sickness--but who knows, I could die tomorrow from cancer from it...
Just don't breath the smoke, and plenty of fresh air--never weld it inside somewhere, with no air circulation.
