If you can capture a snapshot of the ABS system, start from low speed and take it up past the point where the light comes on and then graph the results from the wheel speed sensors. You should be able to see if there is a mismatch between the rear sensor and the fronts.
Corroded tone rings on the front can cause problems at higher speeds. You can see that problem in the graph as the lines will spike down when the signal starts to fail. This is a very common problem on the medium duty trucks.
