I have a IH 364 Diesel tractor I bought 12-13 years ago and I have a terrible time trying to start it when the weather is very cold. It was manufactured around 1975-76 in England. It has the BD154 Engine. Located in the lower radiator hose is an inline heater I am sure, but I have never used it. It has a rectangular metal piece protruding out of the hose and inside the rectangle is two prongs sticking out. I am sure this was where the cord would have plugged in. Does anyone know whether a cord can still be purchased to fit this, or do I have some off the wall setup? If this is obsolete or something can someone tell me what the best thing is to use for my model tractor?
