Wheelhorse Lawn Tractor HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!

I have an older Wheelhorse Lawn tractor. LT-1100 Model #253707. I know no history on this thing, It looks like its in good shape. But I just picked it up Saturday,
My problem is this. It wont start.I have tried to jump it with a car, I have tried to charge the battery. All I get is a clicking from under the dash. (NOT FROM THE STARTER) I think the selinoid may be shot, but How do I know for sure. I'd like it to be such, cause I hear starters are out of this world.
QUESTION TWO: CAN I SOME HOW PULL START IT FOR NOW ? All help is really deeply needed. THANK YOU ALL
