If this is a working tractor I would not use the hardener. My experience is that with the hardener added, the paint becomes very brittle. Instead of the usual scratches and dings common to tractors that are worked, the paint will fracture more like glass from the same treatment. The fracturing will cause moisture to become trapped under the paint and in time rust will occur and the paint will flake. Good luck.
