They want to be able to track guns and there is plenty of ammunition out there for anti-gunners to do it. Like what this nut job did here in Vermont. They think he ran around for about two months just randomly shooting at closed businesses in the North East Kingdom, before finally getting the wise idea to shoot at a police car parked in front of a state police station in broad daylight. He didn't get very far down the road!
Weird part is, he didn't even have any ties to the area. Why did he do this?
