If I understand what you want to do about making the 3ph higher, it appears to me that you could make it lift higher by taking the sway chains loose and swapping positions with the rods that connect to the lift arms. You might have to add a link of chain.
Perhaps you could take the bars loose from under the tractor and reverse them if the holes for the chains and lift rods are not centered.
I've had to do this with other makes of tractors. Wish there was some standard dimensions for 3 point hitches and equipment. Posting new thread in case you don't check the original.
