I don't think Case went to white paint until somewhere in the production of the 70 series in the 1970s. A white 1030 would have to be a repaint. I remember helping set up for an auction here in 1979. There was a 970 that got sent to the dealer for some work and it came back with a white paint job. If you pulled the rubber strip back around the cab and hood,there was tan paint yet.
