Patriotism is a wonderful thing. However remember those japanese companies are building factories here and putting people to work and the Big # are moving more and more out of the country or having parts manufactured out of the country.
I know this because the company I work for used to run alot of automotive parts, they re now being run in China. Same for the great American Company Harley Davidson. WE used to run about 15 parts for the V-Rod when it came out. We run them long enough to get the bugs worked out of the dies and all the prototype stuff done. The jobs then got shipped to Indo China. I know for a fact because I crated the tooling and filled out the packing list.
At this same time Honda added 2 lines at Marysville, Ohio and hired 60 people. We had to let 3 go because of the job loss. So tell me again how the American companies are helping us???
