Not trying to be a smart aleck here. Somehow or other my teen age son "lost" one of his boots while on a part time construction job. I ended up with an almost new, Redwing boot. Non-insulated, leather, size 10D, Right boot. Thanks goodness the Navy now has to worry about him having two good boots.
I can go two ways here. I would offer to buy the left boot, to complete the pair. Or give the right boot to someone who could use it.
I used to know several one legged farmers around here and they had folks they would trade or give the un used boots too. They have passed on now.
