Round here you would be better off looking for a 6 row 7000, city d***s all want 4 row units for food plots. (like a freak'n deer cares if the beans are in rows)
Some times at acution you pick up a good 7000 for a grand but it has to be a real thin crowd.
Only work'n planter you see sell in western KY for a grand or less will be an old IH or AC. AC's have gone up some in the last few years. (people are cutting them up and make'n 2 row no till 3pt planters out of them, work fair for food plots and folks will buy'm all day long and give over $500 each if you paint'm green)
