i was on some anti ebay type wesbsight once just looking. they had listed all the ways people get scammed on ebay. the seller not getting signature confirmation or delivery confirmation for cheeper stuff is one of the biggest ways buyers are scamming sellers. and there is nothing the seller can do to prove to ebay he shipped it...... another way sellers were getting scamed , many delivery confirmations are not scanned by the mail man when he drops it off. the buyer keeps checking the number via usps.com on the package for a few days to see if it was scanned, if not , he tells the seller he didnt get it.if it doesnt show delivered on usps.com,it wasnt delivered,even if it was.. lucas
