There has never been an instance where Christianity or Atheism was forced on anyone with a death threat. Islam has always been spread by the sword. There is Shia and Sunni. They don"t agree on some technicalities so they kill each other. A woman showing more than her eyes and hands in public is a death sentence, so the picture you allude to did not come from an arabic country.
