Another brand name is Thread-Sert (I think)You can get them from a good industrial supplier like Motion Industries or Applied they normally come with blue Loctite applied. The ones we use have notches cut so if you have to remove them you can but have found you have use an impact screwdriver and some heat.Great invention wish I had thought of it.
