As a rule of thumb and not being able to know windows , insulation etc, I would figure on a 1 1/2 ton AC unit. Basically, one ton for every five hundred square feet for 8 foot ceilings. Add a window or two and give or take a little you wont go wrong with 1 1/2 ton. Do you plan on having someone do it or will you install by yourself. I would think the price will be high. You might consider the mini's. I can see you paying 2500 to 3000 for a cheap job or up to 400 for an expensive job. I am doing some installation now in our church and the 1 1/2 unit is going to cost about 1500 dollars at my cost. No overhead or profit figured in. Plus Wiring. 3 small RA's and 4 supply ducts and registers plus thermostat. Linesets are very expensive also. Freon needed if over 25 foot run at 6-9 dollars a pound(R-22). Henry
