The insurance will pay. If the car is mortgaged, they will pay off the loan. If she damaged property, they will pay for that. Her health insurance will pay for her medical care after deductible. Also the "med pay" on the vehicle will pay for any passengers and I think the driver also"
Now after the dust settles, they may cancel her if she has had a history of claims. If she had been good business, then they will probably switch her to a high risk policy, possibly with another company, a brokerage company. In Mo. you have to have an SR-22 to prove to the state that you have insurance. Then you have to jump through all the hoops with the driver license outfit.
Bottom line, she has caused herself a world of hurt. Just be thankful she hurt no one. then she could end up in prison.
