I would think that $55k for 8 acres of all woods is a good price for the buyer. 8ell I paid $38k for 2.5 acres in 1998. I am only 20 minutes from the metro area of malls, industry, concrete jungle. This is in Michigan. Now my 2.5 acres of land would likely sell for $25-30k (with no house, barn, driveway) I have seen in NRA magazines land sell for $10k for 35 acres out west in MT, ID, ND.
