Rudy, Two things come to mind. First you need to verify that the output from the generator and the polarity of the battery match. Provided this is correct proceed on. I read your post and I know that you had the battery tested and that the test indicated that the battery is O K. However, I do not think the battery is taking a deep thorough charge. If you have a battery that you can substitute for the problem one please switch them. One of the above should fix your charging problem. Good luck
