That's a good question. I don't know that you'll find an answer in the owner's manual either. Some factors that get involved include how wide you have the wheels set (the track width) both front and back, how high the center of gravity is on the tractor and where it lies compared to the roll center (that imaginary line from the bottom of the downhill rear tire to the center of the front axle pivot), whether there's fluid in either the front or rear tires, and whether there's an implement on the rear hitch, its weight and location of its c.g. Also, it makes a difference if there's a loader on the tractor and whether it's up or down. I'm not even going to get into the subject of tricycle tractors on a hill like that. County ditch mowers on utility tractors sometimes mow ditches about as steep as you describe, but they usually have low mounted mowers on the rear end, and will have roll-over-protection (ROPS) on the tractor as well, or ROPS cabs. If you think the hill is too steep, then it is. You should get a ROPS and a seatbelt on your tractor anyway, if not so equipped. Adjust your front and rear wheels as wide as you can. Travel as slowly as you can when going along the length of a slope. And don't have a loader mounted on the tractor.
