Let me tell you how this works, after you agree to buy the building then they want you to buy the Z mounting pad the bolts to the concrete. trust me you want it, it will save hours(lots of hours) and you will need the concrete before you put up the building. It took 10 of us 4 days to put it up and I had all of the panels bolted together before hand. Mine is a US Building 40X60X16I paid 10,500.00. Buy the time I paid for the spechal U shaped footing I would have been better of with their Z pad,plus the way I did it it had to be morted in and one bag of mix filled one and one half ribs.(there is a rib every 24in)mail is open
